I am so excited to share Mark & Lizzie’s Titanic Hotel Liverpool Wedding Photography; boy was it one hell of a party!
I’m a bit of a sucker for a love story, here’s theirs “Lizzie and I met through a mutual friend – Kate. Kate was Mark’s university friend and Lizzie’s work colleague at Ealing Hospital. We met on a boozy night out when Lizzie and Kate tried to get as many friends as possible to join them after a long work shift but had to settle for just Mark and one other friend. We enjoy making each other laugh and are both easy going people, as can be noted from the messiness of our apartment. We got engaged in Hammersmith after Mark took Lizzie out to her favourite restaurant to celebrate her birthday and surprised her on the walk along the river afterwards.”
Titanic Hotel Liverpool Wedding Photography
The Titanic Hotel in Liverpool is located at Stanley Docks in Liverpool and is steeped in history and a world heritage site. The Titanic hotel adjoins the Rum Warehouse, a renovated 1950’s building which has been turned into a huge Wedding Venue for up to 500 people.
Lizzie & Mark chose to tie the knot in Lizzie’s family church in Southport before heading over to the Titanic for their epic celebration. They went off on a canal boat before their guests arrived at the Titanic Hotel and then arrived back in style as they waited for them on the colonnade with a brass band playing “my heart will go on” as they arrived. It was probably the most fun Wedding I have ever been to. I mean, when there’s a conga INTO the Wedding Breakfast you know these lot like a party!
Here’s some of my favourite wedding photos from their day in a slideshow!
