Sefton Palm House Wedding Photography- Liverpool Wedding Photographer

I have been wanting to share this Sefton Palm House Wedding for ages, it’s an absolute dream of a wedding! I shot this wedding with my lovely friend Rachel from Rachel Joyce Photography a few months ago. Rachel spent the morning with the ladies whilst i got to hang out with the boys in what was a very relaxed morning. We had a really good chinwag for about an hour then the boys got ready in about 15 minutes (most of that spent learning to tie a tie) and then we were off!

Sefton Palm House is my new favourite wedding venue! Ok, thats a big statement to make, but honestly, this place has it all. Steeped in history; Sefton Palm House is located in Sefton Park near Liverpool, surrounded by lush greenery and parkland yet in it’s own private area closed off when they have a wedding on. The building itself is beautiful both inside and out, and being a glass building there’s just so so much light- meaning that even on a rainy wedding day there’s so many gorgeous locations for photos inside! It’s a botanical dream so if you’re wanting a botanical feel to your wedding but don’t want to spend thousands on flowers, this venue is ready made!

As Sophie arrived for the wedding ceremony at Sefton Palm House she was brimming with excitement and nerves. Looking absolutely stunning in a two piece dress whilst the bridesmaids wore….

After a lovely and intimate ceremony with just 40 guests Sophie and Jon headed off for a drive in the camper van before some family groups and some couple portraits around the Palm House. These two were an absolute pleasure to be around and giggled their way through the whole day, their playfulness with each other made for some lovely natural portraits and made our job so easy and fun.

Here’s some of my absolute favourites from their day, for more recent weddings head over to the blog.
