An Autumnal Wedding in Manchester

Sarah & Tom got married at St James’ Parish Church near Manchester City Centre just a few weeks ago. I went to meet Tom and his Groomsmen at the church before the ceremony where he was cool as a cucumber right up to the moment Sarah walked down the aisle to him.

Sarah chose a stunning lace dress and the most beautiful autumnal bouquet, I was literally swooning over those flowers! Tom and the boys wore grey three piece suits and looked super smart and the Bridesmaids wore full length dresses in a natural peachy colour which all tied in perfectly with their colour scheme.

Sarah made her own amazing wedding cakes and even decorated the room herself on the morning of the wedding, now that’s an organised bride! Bridesmaids wore lovely peach full length dresses and the groomsmen matched the super smart Groom in their three piece grey suits.

I always ask my couples how they met and got engaged, I love nothing more than a proposal story! I’ll let Sarah & Tom do the talking….”We met late spring in a pub (The Sailsbury) on Oxford Road in Manchester, spent most of our time together after that getting to know each other and establising our relationship over the summer. We got engaged about a year later where Tom said he had never been on the Manchester Wheel (at that time is was located outside the corn-exchange) so we went on it and at the very top he proposed and we are getting married finally 6 years after being engaged.”

Sarah & Tom had the perfect relaxed wedding filled with the people they love. It was such a pleasure spending the afternoon with you all, thank you for having me as your wedding photographer!
