Beautiful garden wedding in Cheshire, North West- Simon & Sarah

Simon & Sarah’s Beautiful garden wedding in Cheshire, North West

I am so excited to share some beautiful cheshire wedding photography with you, this was an absolute dream and any wedding photographer would swoon over the gorgeous details and relaxed loveliness that was Sarah & Simons Wedding.

Starting the day at Fern Bank Farm in the gorgeous Cheshire countryside at Sarah’s parents house and as we arrived the preparations were still underway in the marquee where Sarah’s mum was adding the finishing touches as Sarah went off to the Hairdressers. There was a buzz of excitement in the house as the four bridesmaids got themselves ready and the caterers started to prepare the amazing canapés and feast for the wedding breakfast.

Sarah wore a beautiful white dress with intricate embroidered details which suited her perfectly, and Simon looked very dapper in his Blue suit from Cad and the Dandy.

The day was absolutely perfect, and a complete reflection of all the meticulous planning, spreadsheets and endless research by Sarah to bring everything together. Every single detail had been covered, wild flowers dominated the marquee and created and english country garden look which really was stunning!

The evening got started with a Ceilidh Band which got all the guests up and dancing and was hilarious to watch as guests were taught the intricate dances (not that I can judge, my granddad has more rhythm than me!) Everyone should have one, I don’t think I have ever seen guests having this much fun and all getting involved on the dance floor!

Before the wedding, i always send out a questionnaire for important details, and I asked Sarah and Simon to tell me a bit about them, what they said brought a tear to my eye and upon seeing them on the day really seemed to sum them up and their love for each other, so here’s what they said…..

What do I love about Sarah?

She inspires me to be the best version of me that I possibly can.

She takes real pride in making sure where we live is a great place, she also shares many of my passions, which makes spending time together one of the most rewarding and easy things I could do.

She also has a great line in being able to ask questions that are not really questions, she is never shy about sharing an opinion and always makes me laugh.

What do I love about Simon?

He is kindest, most generous person I could ever hope to know. His heart is so big sometimes I worry it will explode! He brings out my best side, but loves me even when I’m at my worst.

He has 100% belief in my dreams, however ludicrous. ‘Simon – I want us to make all of our own wedding invitations’ – no questions asked, he trusts I can do it.

And finally… he is a dream in the kitchen (until it is time to clear up!)

I absolutely loved being a part of this wedding, thank you for making us feel so welcome. And special thanks to my amazing super duper second photographer Amy Bellamy for helping me capture the day so perfectly.
